For breakfast, you only need 1/3 cup of milk, ½ cup of high fiber low crab cereal, 1/8 medium melon. You can eat 1 oz of almonds or whole grains for snack in the middle of morning. For lunch, you can make salad. The salad compositions are green salad about 6.5 oz completed with 2 tablespoons of sunflower seeds, a half sliced of avocado, 2 tablespoons of sugar free dressing, and 3.5 oz of any food you like which contains of protein such as deli turkey, beef, fish, egg, chicken, or tofu.

For dinner, you can make some low carb diet recipes such as basil chicken with vegetables with ½ cup of ricotta cheese dessert. Basil Chicken with Vegetables Recipe

This is one of tasty and easy low carb diet recipes. The vegetables that are suggested are almost all vegetables. It is good choice if you add cauliflower, broccoli, and onions. The ingredients include 1 chopped red Bell pepper, 2 cups of zucchini sliced or other summer squash, 8 oz chopped fresh basil, 1 pound of boneless chicken meat which is cut into bite sized pieces, 8 oz of mushrooms, 3 tablespoons of olive oil, 3 pressed or minced cloves garlic.

The preparation steps are heat oil in large skillet with high heat. While it was heated, sprinkle the pepper and salt on chicken. After sprinkling it, cook the chicken on one side then add the vegetables you want and stir. When the chicken and vegetables nearly cooked, push the chicken to another side then add garlic. After 30 seconds, stir the ingredients together and add the basil. Cook until 30 to 60 seconds more and finish. Serve it.
